Margaret Brook -
This quilt was found crumpled and wet on our driveway about 3 weeks ago. Despite washing and drying it overnight then putting it in a plastic bag with a note and placing it by our letterbox for a number of days it wasn't picked up by the owner. I am wondering if the owner or quilter of this dear little quilt is a member of this group and is here tonight. I would dearly love to return it.

One of my favourite flowers is Lily of the Valley - this fabric was purchased early in year during the Fabric Frolic. Originally quilt size was to be 4 rows of 5 blocks!!! Then like Topsy 'It just grew'. Added an extra block each row then added another row - now fits the queen size bed very well. Then continued to make a couple of cushions from left over fabric.

Ann Boyle - Grandma's Garden
I saw this quilt at the Houston Quilt Show on my trip there in 2007. I just had to make it! I bought the kit and really enjoyed putting it together. The flowers on the border are hand appliqued on. I had just enough of the 15 fabrics left to bind the quilt. It adorns our bed. Quilted beautifully by Desley Regan

Jannie Lay - Tilted Flowers
Designer:Kit from Patchwork Collection, Healesville. Found this kit in my cupboard from two years ago. Decided the colours and design were perfect for my sister in law. A little tricky in parts and a little challenging. Machine stitched and quilted.

Jannie Lay - Tumbling Blocks
Started the blocks about five years ago by hand. With my niece due to have her second child, decided to put it all together as a little cot quilt and 2 cushions. The rest was stitched and quilted by machine. Very satisfying seeing it finished.

I did the class with Vicki Pignatelli in May, then went away so finished the sample on Cup Day and made it into a bag!

GAle Wickes - Pretty Pink Jelly Roll
Designer:Chris Timmins Quilted by: Gale Wickes This quilt top was started 6 weeks ago today (23.11.09) with Chris Timmins at the Misty Mountain Getaway in Dorrigo NSW. The one day workshop was called 'using a jelly roll'. This was the workshop for me as I had purchased this jelly roll a couple of years ago and couldn't decide what to do with it. The workshop was great fun with about 20 participants all doing one of five different projects! This design is called 'Garden Trellis' and I completed all the blocks plus 2 extra on that day. As this is such a girlie quilt I am giving it to a friend's daughter for her 21st birthday next month. I know she will be thrilled
